Parsons China 2010: Site=Sight
June 16, 2010 in Uncategorized by miu
Site=Sight workshop is created by Prof. Simone Douglas et al from Parsons The New School for Design. “The project is based on the Surrealists’ idea of the Exquisite Corpse, where one idea is shed in order to reveal the next. At the core of this project is the concept of the site or the space between or connecting the sites, as mediated by wandering.”
The Site=Sight studio took place in Shanghai at eARTS where Parsons students work with studens from UCLA, China Academy of Arts, Fudan University Shanghai Institute of Visual Art (SIVA) and Tongji University.
